Teaching

I am a teacher and advisor who is dedicated to preparing students for their future roles as leaders and managers. I have had the opportunity to engage with students both as a teaching assistant and guest lecturer for numerous undergraduate and graduate courses including Strategic Human Resources, Leadership, and Organizational Change and as the sole instructor for graduate-level Negotiations and undergraduate-level Organizational Behavior. Both courses were highly regarded by students. For example, my Organizational Behavior course received a rating of 4.8/5.0 for both the overall course and overall teaching, and a 4.9/5.0 for “interest in student learning” and “clear learning goals.” As a result of my exemplary teaching record, I will be teaching Organizational Behavior in Spring 2017, far exceeding the teaching requirement for my degree.
